Corporate Workshops
Personalized workshops that range from Mental Health psycho-education, Coping Skills & Self Care, Preventing Burnout, Anxiety/Stress Management, Supporting employees Mental Health & Well-being, Yoga Class & Mindfulness. Sessions range from 1-2 hours and include Q&A.

School Workshops
Working with students from grade 5- Onward. These workshops include but not limited to Education on Mental Health, Emotion Regulation, Art Therapy, Self-esteem/Empowerment, Affirmations, Yoga Class & Mindfulness. Sessions range from 1-2 hours & include Q&A

Meditation Workshops
This includes a brief discussion on mental health followed by a guided meditation with breath-work and Q&A. Sessions range from 15-45 minutes in length and can be offered weekly, monthly or for special events. These sessions are for all levels of experience.
Courses
Being & Becoming
A collaboration between SelfCareTo and The Feelosophy ‘Being & Becoming’ is our 4 part guided workshop, that includes psychoeducation, meditation, breath-work, body movement, and reflection. An invitation for self-study and self exploration on who you are being & becoming.
