HeartWork: A Relational Approach to Healing
At the core of our therapy practice is an approach we call HeartWork. This emphasizes the healing power of the relationship between therapist and client. HeartWork is not just about addressing issues with logic and the mind; it's about integrating and centering the heart in the healing process.
HeartWork is about meeting you where you are and recognizing the profound importance of the therapeutic relationship as a space for growth and transformation. Together, we focus on reconnecting you with your body, by bringing attention back to your heart. We help you integrate your experiences, emotions, and challenges, fostering a journey toward well-being.
At SelfCare we aim for this to be a place where you feel seen and heard. Moving beyond traditional cognitive approaches we embrace a more rounded, heart-centered healing journey that helps you navigate life’s complexities with love, compassion, inner strength.
